Tamilynn VaRae Deppel-Garlock, age 63, of Caldwell, Idaho. Passed away
on March 17, 2022, in Nampa, Idaho, after a long battle with health
problems. Tami was born on January 2, 1959, to Walter and Lillian Deppel
in Boise, Idaho. Tami attended Boise high school where she graduated in
1978. Years after she graduated she gave birth to her first born child
Michael Scott Deppel. A year later she gave birth to Bradley Scott
Deppel. A few years later she met the love of her life Douglas Richard
Garlock. They married on August 5, 1989. From that union daughter Ashley
VaRae Garlock was born. Shortly after marriage Douglas Richard Garlock
Jr. was born followed by Nathaniel Ray Garlock.
Tami spent her life in the Boise-Caldwell area with her loved ones and
friends. Tami loved the Denver Broncos, camping with family and friends
as well just being out and about. Tami was loved by many. Everyone that
knew her called her “Mom” or “Grandma”.
Tami is survived by her husband of 32 years, Douglas Garlock Sr; her
children Bradley Scott Deppel (Brook), Ashley VaRae Deppel;
grandchildren: Alonzo Pierce Zamora, Destiny Collins, Bailey Deppel,
Issiac Treat; sister Barbara Rediker; nieces Kimberly Rediker, Tana
Rediker, Holli Siegfried -Traylor; great-nephews Jace Morgan, Aaden
Williams; great-nieces Aliana Traylor and Sonja Siegfried; and many
more.
Tami was preceded in death by son Michael Scott Deppel; parents Walt &
Lillian Deppel; brother Daniel Deppel; grandparents Evelyn & Ray
Mcnaulty; aunt Emma Selman; nephew Jerry Jo Traylor; and great- niece
Emily Williams.
Tami will be truly missed by many. This is not goodbye only see you
again soon.
